Aug 28, late afternoon, went out with mom and Rhea. Went to Sta Lu. Had a nice time. After doing what we need to do, ate at Shakeys and had funny conversations.
I told my mom that many foreclosures properties were up these days. And if only I have 2M cash, I will buy the one in Ridgewood. She said, “Hindi lang 2M ibibigay ko sayo pag nagkapera na ko.”
Then it arrived to a discussion wherein once they got the pot, they will give each one of us siblings 20M. I said, I will buy many real estates with that 20M and have them rented out. Rhea said she’ll buy house and lot.
Another discussion is about buy and sell in real estate. Told mom that I will try real estate. My luck might be there (aside from stocks). Mom said, “buy and sell tayo. Sosyo tayo.” Haha!
Another one is when dad goes to Palawan (assuming mom will be there most of the time). Mom told Rhea, “Ikaw mag-manage ng mga outlet.” Then I said, “Sakin mga paupahan.” Then Rhea rebutted, “Hindi. Sakin paupahan.” Tug-o-war. ð Then told mom, “Kay Ivan mo nalang pa-manage.” Then all laughed. Then discussed about the rules we will implement in the house rentals like imposing penalties for certain days late payment.
Before we get back to car, I told Rhea “Ay! Sa 20M, migrate na agad ako sa ibang bansa!” She said, “Kami rin ni Riri.” We told mom when we’re inside the car, then mom said, “Ay wag na! Bibigyan ko kayo 20M tapos lalayasan nyo lang kami.” We laughed. ð
We explained that we will still visit PH and if ever they need accommodation, we have a house abroad. Mom said, “Kung may pera ako, mag-hohotel nalang ako no.” Hahaha!
